Very cool local Mexican restaurant in uptown Yucaipa . Food was flavorful and a good variety of dishes. Their customer service was very attentive. Orders aren't always quick but nothing placing a phone call prior to arrival can't fix . Limited seating indoors but they offer outdoor seating if needed. I really liked their ceviche plate it was really fresh and good flavor. Their aguas Frescas are a bit on the sweeter side , yet really flavorful and refreshing . Parking is primarily located in the back , very spacious and convenient. I definitely recommend visiting and getting food here if you are looking for authentic quality Mexican cuisine this has to be on the top 5 of Yucaipas Mexican spots, in my opinion.

Expensive! $5 a taco is crazy! But. . . The food is really good with great flavor. It's worth a try

By far the best Mexican food I've had in Yucaipa so far and I've tried close to 10 already. A little more expensive than some but the flavor is worth it. We had the birria tacos and pastor fries. Birria tacos were perfect! A lot of meet and packed with flavor. The pastor fries were great too. The fries could have been cooked longer and a little more meat for the price point, but still super fresh and super flavorful.

The food is delicious. The proportions were definitely good. I really enjoyed the green sauce. The ingredients were high-quality and it really showed in the taste. I would go all the cart. The sides are good, but you could take or leave them. Horchata was very delicious also. The service was very quick and pleasant. They have indoor outdoor dining. I felt like the atmosphere was very cute and trendy. It's definitely a smaller restaurant but comfortable. There is additional parking in the back.

This was our second time to eat at Tipsy Taco. The first meal we had the street tacos and they were delicious. The last time we had nachos that were fully loaded and large enough to share. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very sports bar, but in a good way. Great spot for a college crowd.

AMAZING tacos. Cute little spot. I knew this place was going to be good when I walked in and saw a bunch of locals here. My favorite was the Pastor but the queso birria and carnitas were also very very good. Loved their salsa, perfect amount of spice.

Stumbled on this spot when I was in town and it was pretty good overall! We got the birria burrito which came with consome and lime on the side. Burrito was good but wished it had more birria, red onion and cilantro inside. The consome could also use some onion and cilantro on top. Their red salsa had some heat to it and it made the burrito better. The auguachile was spicy too but it was so good and refreshing! The ceviche is milder if you can't handle spice and still delish. Service was friendly and quick. Small restaurant with no more than 5or 6 tables. They have bench seating outdoors though! Parking lot is small but there's plenty of street parking too in downtown Yucaipa.

*UPDATE* In all fairness, I said I would come back and update my review if or when I went back to Tipsy Tacos, so here I am. This time was a lot better, I actually brought my family here to get take out the other night. Everyone really loved what they got, the Birria burrito was amazing according to my husband and daughter, I couldn't believe how good it looked but with me being gf I couldn't eat the tortilla. I wound up with the taquitos again, but everything was a lot better this time around. It's always good to give a place a second try, and it did not disappoint! Again, people are very nice and welcoming here, the foods good, give them a try if you're in the area and looking for some good tacos!
